Job Summary
RN, Emergency Care – provide patient care using the nursing process and coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments. Maintain professional accountability and ensure care aligns with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current RN licensure (state or compact), ability to stand/walk for shifts, and completion of role-specific certifications (e.g., ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN) as applicable to unit. Full-time daytime schedule offered in St. Louis, MO with Mercy benefits and opportunities for tuition support and retirement plans. Emphasizes patient assessment, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Prolonged standing and walking
- May require ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN or other unit-specific certifications within timeframe
- Preferred infusion/oncology experience
