Job Summary
Provide specialized RN care in an Electrophysiology (EP) clinic, supporting patients undergoing EP procedures (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs, ablations) with a mix of phone-based and in-person care. Responsibilities include triage phone communications, coordinating and preparing patients for EP procedures, delivering pre-procedural education, assisting with medication management and follow-up, and collaborating with EP physicians and APCs on care plans. Requires Wisconsin RN licensure, an associate degree in nursing, and at least 1 year of cardiology experience; electrophysiology knowledge of cardiac rhythms is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience, knowledge in cardiology required
- Understanding of cardiac rhythms and terminology highly valued
