Job Summary
Deploy staff education within defined specialties aligned with system initiatives, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices. Optimize frontline performance through didactic, elbow-side support, and just-in-time training covering clinical performance and documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure specialty care aligns with current evidence and system standards. Facilitate deployment and validate adoption of system programs while supporting specialty onboarding processes. Participate on assigned hospital committees to represent the defined specialty. This role supports Adventist Health's mission of inspiring health, wholeness, and hope across its West Coast and Hawaii communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Three years of recent experience as a clinical nurse
- Experience in education
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
