Job Summary
Deploy staff education within defined specialties aligned with system initiatives, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices. Optimize frontline performance through didactic training, just-in-time support, and coaching on clinical documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure specialty care aligns with current evidence and standards. Facilitate deployment and validate adoption of system programs while supporting specialty onboarding processes. Represent the defined specialty on assigned hospital committees. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, three years of recent clinical experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Three years of recent experience as a clinical nurse
- Experience in education
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation and understanding of Participation and Right to Work notices
