Job Summary
Deploy staff education within defined specialties, aligning with system initiatives, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices. Optimize frontline performance through didactic training, just-in-time coaching, and support on clinical documentation and EHR usage. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure specialty care meets current standards. Facilitate and validate the adoption of system programs while supporting specialty onboarding processes. Participate on assigned hospital committees to represent your area of expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Three years of recent experience as a clinical nurse
- Experience in education
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation and understanding of Right to Work notices
