Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team in a Life Care Centers of America facility. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Must maintain active RN license, hold a nursing degree (associate or bachelor), and possess CPR certification; one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Emphasizes adherence to Life Care standards and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with active RN license
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
