Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse needed to administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable), perform wound care, conduct health assessments and monitoring, create and execute individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others, educate residents and families about health status and expectations, document health status and care progress, and oversee/delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
