Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse at Complete Care providing skilled nursing services for recently discharged patients and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include administering medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable), wound care and dressings, health assessments and data analysis, care planning and implementation, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and social workers, educating families and residents about health status and expectations, and maintaining detailed documentation. Supervises LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork. Requires Maryland RN license, ability to pass background checks and evaluations, and showcases leadership qualities.
