Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse providing skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged or needing long-term care; administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable), perform wound care and pain management, conduct health assessments, manage care planning, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others. Responsible for documentation of health status and progress, overseeing and delegating to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork. Requires WV RN licensure and successful completion of background and screening checks. Fort Ashby, WV location.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to work within the State of West Virginia as a RN
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
- Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities
