Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact while evaluating needs via ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and utilizing reasoning skills to function productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
