Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary care team, and residents to develop individualized plans of care, implementing them consistently and cost-efficiently. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current state RN licensure, CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and a clean state registry. Offers excellent pay, multiple incentives, and flexible scheduling with no waiting period for enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
