Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for UW Medical Center-Montlake Clinical Research Center (7S) per diem/ intermittent shifts. Responsible for nursing care and evaluation of research patients using the nursing process to meet care requirements, either directly or through other nursing staff. Unit serves pediatric to geriatric patients across endocrine, hematologic, and immune-system disorders, with in-patient and day-patient care. Shifts are eight or ten hours, with nights; scheduling is per diem/variable. Preferred to have research experience and understanding of the described disorders. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient needs, coordinating with the nursing team, and supporting care delivery in a fast-paced clinical research setting.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of professional acute care nursing experience
