RN - Registered Nurse Clinic Telephone Triage

Provide nursing assessment, triage, and advice to patients via telephone or electronic communication following established clinical guidelines. Evaluate patient symptoms to determine urgency and recommend appropriate disposition, then communicate with providers to relay urgent clinical information or obtain treatment orders. Document all interactions and assessments accurately in the Electronic Health Record while coordinating care and follow-up with clinic staff. Educate patients on medication use, treatment plans, and self-care instructions, and monitor response time standards for incoming test results and refill requests. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control policies while supporting efficient clinic operations. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with no call or weekend shifts.
