As an RN Registered Nurse Charge in Women's Care, you will deliver high quality, patient-centered care while leading a team, collaborating with management, and ensuring efficient unit operations. This role requires strong nursing skills and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- American Nurses Credentialing Center - RN Certified must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Registered Nurse Diploma
Additional Requirements
- Active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire if compact license held
