Job Summary
Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care as part of Sanford Health’s Chamberlain Medical Center team. You’ll plan and coordinate patient care, perform nursing interventions, triage, educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues, and apply nursing expertise across preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred, and an active RN license (with multi-state licensure where applicable) is required; strong communication, time-management, and critical-thinking skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs
- Possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
