Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to implement and evaluate care plans. Provide empathetic care during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with nursing leaders to advance organizational goals. Requires an unencumbered RN license and preferred Bachelor's degree. Full-time rotating 12-hour shifts with a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
