Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to implement and evaluate care plans. Provide empathetic care across the continuum of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and competency. Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications. Hold an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time, 40-hour rotating 12-hour shifts. Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
