Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in the Cath Lab while implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Maintain BLS certification and Alabama RN licensure. Full-time day shift includes four ten-hour blocks with one night call per week and one weekend per month. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- professional licensure at time of hire
