Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in the Cath Lab while implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Coordinate all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Full-time day shift (4:10s) with one night call per week and one weekend per month; PRN day shift also available. Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse with BLS certification required.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- professional licensure at time of hire
