Job Summary
Assess physical, emotional, and psychological patient needs and create care plans aligning with patient wishes. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while managing pain and symptoms. Educate and support families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Requires current licensure, one year of nursing experience, and a licensed driver's license. Full-time M-F 8a to 5p schedule in Cincinnati, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current licensure to practice in state of operation
- One year nursing experience
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years nursing experience
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
