Job Summary
RN Cardiac Telemetry – Full-time Days role at Wellstar Cobb hospital. Provides patient-centered nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, applying evidence-based practice, nursing process, and population-specific care with a focus on cardiac telemetry patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment and planning, coordinating care with diverse teams, delivering timely documentation, engaging in performance improvement, mentoring/precepting, promoting safe care and patient education, and upholding standards of practice and ethics as per state nurse practice acts and ANA code. Requires license in Georgia and 2+ years direct patient care experience; includes relocation/sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Shift: FT Days with a weekend option; location: Clearwater, SC (Wellstar system in Georgia).
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing Required
- Diploma (Nurse) Nursing Required or
- Bachelors Nursing Preferred or
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience Required
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State)
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
