Job Summary
RN Cardiac Telemetry in a hospital setting at Wellstar Cobb, performing comprehensive nursing care for cardiac telemetry patients. Responsibilities include applying nursing process, patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and participation in performance improvement. Requires licensure as an RN, adherence to scope of practice and code of ethics, and engagement in evidence-based practice. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates. 2+ years of direct patient care experience preferred; associates diploma or bachelor’s-level nursing education supported by state practice acts. Shift: Full-time Days; weekend option; possible relocation support.
