Job Summary
RN Cardiac Telemetry — full-time days with weekend option in Grovetown, GA. Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide individualized, high-quality patient care using the nursing process, maintaining patient-centered care across cardiac telemetry patients, coordinating care, and supporting staffing and governance expectations. Requires active nursing license, Associate degree or diploma with RN competencies, and multi-state compact availability. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus offered for eligible candidates. Demonstrates professional practice aligned with Georgia Nursing standards and Wellstar policies, with emphasis on evidence-based practice, education delivery to patients and families, and collaboration with care teams.
