Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse on Cardiac Telemetry floor (FT Days, weekend option) at Wellstar. Provides individualized, evidence-based nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care, bedside shift reporting, and ongoing patient/family education while upholding professional practice standards. Responsibilities emphasize nursing process, population-specific care, and collaboration to achieve safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Requires 2+ years of direct patient care, nursing licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree (Associates/Diploma; Bachelor's preferred); relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates. Harlem, GA location; on-site with full-time daytime shifts and weekend option. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience required
- RN license (single state) and RN-Compact multi-state license acceptable
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ARC-BLS and BLS-I considered
- Evidence-based practice and professional practice standards knowledge
- Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to coordinate care and maintain documentation per policies
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care orientation
