RN (Registered Nurse) Cardiac Telemetry -FT Days (Weekend option )

RN Clinical Nurse in Cardiac Telemetry for full-time days at Wellstar Cobb hospital (2N). Works within an interdisciplinary team to provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care using evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, evaluation), coordinating care, and delivering patient-centered care tailored to age and disease characteristics. Partners with patients and families through bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education. Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration to support fiscally responsible care, performance improvement, and shared governance. Requires licensure as an RN, Georgia Nursing Practice Act compliance, and 2 years of direct patient care experience. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates. Shift: FT Days with a weekend option; orders from Wellstar governance and standards, with ongoing professional development, mentorship for colleagues, and adherence to policy and ethics standards.
