Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Document and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, and carry out physician and nursing orders. This role offers multiple shift options, including full-time days, nights, and weekends, with a bonus of up to $20,000 for specific schedules.
