RN-Registered Nurse-Cardiac ICU

Assess patient plans, organize nursing activities, and evaluate care to meet the needs of patients in the Cardiac ICU. Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies while coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Formulate and revise care plans based on patient response, address physical and psychological needs, and participate in unit-based decision-making regarding evidence-based practice. Solve equipment troubleshooting issues and actively contribute to quality and safety education programs. Work a 36-hour full-time day/night rotation with every other weekend and holiday shifts.
