Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing available resources for counseling. Maintain a license in good standing with no registry findings and hold current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
