RN - Registered Nurse

Assure effective quality nursing care is delivered through the nursing process, identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay. Assist in developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and implement these plans consistently to focus on resident-centered outcomes. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge of current nursing practices while sharing relevant information with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support changing care plans. This role requires a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice with valid CPR certification, offering excellent pay, multiple incentives, and flexible scheduling.
