Job Summary
Deliver outcome-focused nursing care utilizing the nursing process while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans of care. Identify resident needs, provide input for discharge planning throughout the length of stay, and implement cost-efficient care strategies with a focus on resident-centered outcomes. Maintain optimum resident comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and ensuring effective communication regarding changing care plans. Requires current state RN licensure and CPR certification; excellent pay, multiple incentives, and a $7,500 annual education reimbursement are available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
