Job Summary
Deliver outcome-focused nursing care using the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and responsible parties to develop individualized plans of care, ensuring consistent implementation with a focus on resident-centered outcomes. Maintain resident comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and sharing relevant information regarding changing care plans. Requires current state RN licensure, CPR certification, and a clean state registry. Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
