Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the resident's length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to develop individualized plans of care, implementing them consistently and cost-efficiently to achieve resident-centered outcomes. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing all appropriate resources for counseling and discharge planning. Maintain a valid state license and CPR certification in good standing with no registry findings. Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
