Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and residents to develop individualized plans of care, implementing them consistently and cost-efficiently. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current state RN licensure and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
