Job Summary
Assure effective quality nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary care team, and responsible parties to develop and implement individualized plans of care consistently and cost efficiently. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current state RN license, CPR certification, and a clean state registry.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
