Job Summary
Deliver outcome-focused nursing care utilizing the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians, residents, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care, ensuring consistent implementation with a focus on resident-centered outcomes. Share relevant information regarding changing care plans and provide counseling to residents, families, or responsible parties. Maintain optimum resident comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and skills. Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
