Job Summary
Deliver outcome-focused nursing care utilizing the nursing process while implementing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and responsible parties. Identify resident needs to provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay, working with physicians to share information relevant to changing care plans. Maintain optimum resident comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current state RN license, CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and a clean state registry. No waiting period for enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
