Job Summary
Assure effective quality nursing care is delivered through the nursing process, identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay. Assist with developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the resident, responsible party, and interdisciplinary team. Implement these plans consistently and cost efficiently while working with physicians to share information on changing care strategies. Maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge of current nursing practices. Requires a currently licensed RN in the state of practice with valid CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
