Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and responsible parties to develop individualized plans of care, implementing them consistently to maintain resident comfort and safety. Share relevant information regarding changing plans of care and utilize available resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current RN licensure in the state of practice, valid CPR certification, and a clean state registry. Full-time role with flexible scheduling and excellent benefits including education reimbursement and multiple health plan options.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
