Job Summary
Assure effective quality nursing care is delivered through the nursing process, focusing on outcome-based results. Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay while assisting in developing individualized plans of care with the interdisciplinary team. Implement these plans consistently and cost-efficiently, utilizing available resources for resident-centered outcomes and counseling. Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and collaborating with physicians on changing care plans. Requires a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with valid CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
