Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while implementing individualized plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Identify resident needs to facilitate discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay, working closely with physicians and health care professionals to share information relevant to changing care plans. Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current state licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
