Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the resident's length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and responsible parties to develop individualized plans of care, ensuring consistent implementation focused on resident-centered outcomes. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing appropriate resources for counseling and discharge planning. Requires current state RN licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
