Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the resident's length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary care team, and responsible parties to develop individualized plans of care, implementing them consistently and cost-efficiently. Maintain resident comfort and demonstrate current nursing practices by sharing relevant information regarding changing care plans. Requires current state licensure, CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and no registry findings. Offers excellent pay with incentives including perfect attendance bonuses, shift pick-up, and weekend options, alongside a $7,500 annual education reimbursement and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
