Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the resident's length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and responsible parties to develop and consistently implement individualized plans of care, focusing on resident-centered outcomes and cost efficiency. Deliver optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and sharing relevant information regarding changing care plans. Requires current state licensure, CPR certification within 90 days, and a clean state registry.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
