Job Summary
Deliver outcome-focused nursing care utilizing the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the resident's length of stay. Collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary care team, and responsible parties to develop and implement individualized plans of care consistently and cost-efficiently. Maintain optimum resident comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and sharing relevant information regarding changing care plans. Requires current state RN licensure, active CPR certification obtained within 90 days of hire, and a clean state registry with no findings of abuse or neglect.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
