Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Assist in developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Implement these plans consistently and cost-efficiently, sharing relevant information with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support changing care strategies. Maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating current nursing practices and utilizing available resources for counseling. Requires current state RN licensure and CPR certification. Offers excellent pay, multiple incentives, and a $7,500 annual education reimbursement program.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- License in good standing with the state
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
