RN (Registered Nurse) - Breeze Park, FT Day/Evening

Conduct nursing care within the scope of licensure, including mixing TPNs, hanging blood infusions, administering medications, and performing IV therapy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to define individualized plans of care, maintain detailed clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, and perform resident rounds. Assess resident status, identify environmental hazards, and oversee certified staff to ensure EverTrue standards of care are met. Report incidents and accidents in accordance with state and federal regulations. Requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to lift 30lbs; eligible for shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.
