Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and educate families on preventative health, diagnosis, and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to implement and evaluate care while serving as charge nurse when needed to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to state Nurse Practice Act standards. Work night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am in a 79-bed skilled care facility, with rotating weekends and holidays. Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn shift incentives for evening hours.
