Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care plans while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice. May serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to assistive personnel within the assigned clinical setting. Work night shifts from 10:00pm to 6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays. This part-time role at Good Samaritan Bethany supports a 79-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, MN, serving seniors in a Christian environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
Desired Qualifications
