Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions for health maintenance and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, and families to plan and evaluate care while serving as charge nurse when needed to delegate tasks. Ensure safe administration of care and resolve service concerns within the full scope of nursing expertise. Work night shifts from 10:00pm to 6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays, earning a sign-on bonus and shift incentives.
Required Qualifications
