RN - Registered Nurse - Bethany - PRN - Various Shifts

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, families, and delegates to coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and educate residents. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating tasks within scope and ensuring safe administration of care. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Work PRN shifts across days, evenings, and nights, with availability for weekend rotations and holiday coverage.
